Home Owner Associations
The valley is growing and so is the need for good home owner association management. We offer administrative, financial, and maintenance management for your HOA. Our goal is to provide balance between Boards and their communities allowing you to have the best experience possible.
Online Payments
Pay your HOA dues online!
Select HOA/COA's that pay through Zego:
For some of our HOA payments we offer an online payment option through Paylease (a 3rd party company). To set up your account, fill in your information and from the drop down menu choose your HOA name. Don't forget to include your unit address!
*Service charges to apply. $2.95 per ACH transaction or 3.75% per credit card transaction.
These HOA/COA's can pay their dues through Paylease/Zego:

HOA/COA Owner Portals-Appfolio

Most of our HOA/COA's have been transferred to Appfolio. Through this program owners can pay their dues online and check their account activity. There is a $2.95 fee for ACH payments. There is a 3% charge for using a credit card.

Pay your Rent online!
If you are paying rent please click and log into the Resident Portal to pay. There is a $2.95 fee for ACH using a checking or savings account. There is a 3% charge for credit card transactions.

We are a certified, independent Residential Property Management Company since 2011 (now under new ownership in 2018), helping match the right people with the right properties. I’ve called the Gallatin Valley home for over 20 years and am a proud Montana State University alum—go Bobcats! Property management isn’t just my career, it’s my passion. I bring extensive knowledge of the local rental market and a hands-on approach to managing homes with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
I’m dedicated to helping owners protect their investments while ensuring renters find homes they truly love. Building strong relationships, clear communication, and smooth rental experiences are at the heart of everything I do.
Outside of work, I enjoy life with my wonderful husband and our little boy. In my free time, you’ll find me fishing the rivers around town or skiing at Big Sky

I have been in the property management business in Gallatin County for over 20 years. I am an MSU alumni and have lived in Bozeman for 27 years. I have 3 great kids, a wonderful husband, and 4 fur babies. I love Bobcat athletics, sports, camping, hunting, outdoors, friend time, reading, and catching a good movie. I am so excited to be on this journey with Sarah as owners of Legacy Properties! I look forward to helping our community be a better place one rental and HOA at a time!

My name is Haylee Bruce and I am the Office Manager and Senior Property Manager here at Legacy. I have been working in property management for many years and fell in love with the hustle and bustle. At Legacy, I work in both the rental and HOA departments, caring for our clients and properties. I enjoy leading our team and supporting the office in any way I can. Outside of work, you can find me exploring Montana, reading a good book and spending time with the people I love. As I continue to expand my knowledge of the industry, I hope to bring exceptional service and expertise to our clients. Go Bobcats!

Hi, I’m Elexus! I’m originally from Washington, but Montana quickly stole my heart when I moved here to be closer to family. I’ve been in the property management world for a little over two years now and absolutely love what I do!

When I’m not working, you can usually find me outdoors soaking up everything Bozeman has to offer or spending time with my furry friends—I’m an animal lover through and through!

Hi Everyone, my name is Alyssa. I'm originally from Pittsburgh, PA and move to Bozeman about three years ago. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of South Florida and spent a few years teaching before deciding to pivot into a new career path.
​While I'm relatively new to the property management field, I'm excited to be part of the team and Legacy and look forward to growing and learning alongside everyone here. ​
Outside of work, you can usually find me outdoors-hunting, fishing, or exploring everything Montana and the surrounding states have to offer. I'm looking forward to working with all of you!
